Is the glass bowl safe and durable?

When will my pre-order ship?

Your pre-order secures your unit in our first production batch (1000 Origin Series).

Orders placed now will ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Will I be charged immediately?

Yes — pre-orders require full payment to reserve your unit from the first batch.
Is my pre-order refundable?

Does LUMA work with a regular home plug?

Yes — LUMA works with a standard 16A Indian plug, 1500W power.
What if my product arrives damaged?

If any item arrives broken, cracked, or missing, simply share an unboxing video + photos and our support team will arrange a quick replacement as per policy.
