Shipping Policy

1) Serviceability & Timelines
• We currently ship within India. Standard dispatch in 24–72 hours; delivery in 2–7 business days depending on destination and courier serviceability.
• COD may be available on select pin codes via our checkout partner(s).
Note: Ensure checkout and customer data are protected with SSL/HTTPS.
2) Shipping Fees & Free Delivery
• Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be communicated on the product page or cart.
3) Tracking & Delivery
• Tracking details are shared by email/SMS after dispatch. Please be available at the address; multiple failed attempts or RTOs may apply a re-delivery fee.
4) Non-serviceable/Delayed Areas
• If your address becomes non-serviceable or is significantly delayed due to operational constraints, we’ll notify you and offer options: alternate address, revised timeline, or full refund.
5) Damage in Transit
• If you notice damage on delivery, refuse the package or inform us within 24 hours with photos and the unboxing video. We’ll arrange a resolution as per the Refund & Return Policy.
Pre-Order Note
• Each pre-order PDP shows an estimated dispatch window. Delivery ETAs are counted after dispatch. If we foresee delays beyond the window by more than 10 days, you may continue or cancel for a full refund.
