Refund & Return Policy

1) Return & Replacement Window
You may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if:
a) The product is defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA)
b) The product was damaged in transit
c) The wrong item was deliveredFor EU customers: a 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing cancellation or return for any reason, provided items are unused and in original condition.
2) Eligibility
Item must be in original condition with all MRP tags, labels, user manual, warranty card, accessories, freebies, and retail packaging intact.
Proof required: clear photos and an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect/damage.
Non-returnable items include:
Used items without a manufacturing defect
Hygiene-sensitive attachments (e.g., trimmer heads, beauty nozzles) unless defective
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
Perishables, custom/personalized products
Sale items and gift cards
Courier box damage alone does not qualify as a defect.
3) Process
Email team@edtlife.com (subject: “Return/Replacement – Order #…”) within 7 days of delivery.
For appliances (e.g., air fryers, hair dryers), a brand technician visit may be scheduled to troubleshoot.
If resolved, no return needed.
If unresolved, we arrange a replacement.
If replacement is unavailable, we issue a refund.
Once the product reaches our QC center and passes inspection, we process the final outcome.
4) Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days.
Typically reflect in 5–7 working days (depending on your bank/issuer).
UPI, card, and net banking refunds are always credited back to the original source.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact support@edtlife.com.
5) Pick-up & Reverse Logistics
EDT will arrange product pick-up where serviceable. The item must be securely packed.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship. Courier costs (standard charges only) will be reimbursed against a valid receipt.
If QC inspection fails (e.g., item damaged by customer), the product will be returned to you.
6) DOA & Warranty
DOA claims raised within the 7-day window are prioritized for swift replacement.
After the 7-day window, product issues are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, as per the warranty booklet supplied.
Warranty services are provided through authorized service centers only.
7) Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item (following the process above).
Once accepted, place a fresh order for the new item.
8) Pre-Orders & Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations before dispatch are fully refundable to the original payment method.
Once dispatched, only the standard 7-day defect/damage/wrong-item policy applies.
Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 working days after initiation.
